I hope you're right based upon what we've been told. However, I've seen no figures or real estimates, nor have I seen any classified advertisements for new hires to fill up that void of office space in Beverly, MA to confirm what we've been told.

True or false,investors of ipix/ctix have been told many more things which have fallen short of an initial pr and now lie in the graveyard of forward looking statements?

I would caution against over-optimism or negativity for that matter, with regards to the upfront payments. Everyone seem to be pulling large/small numbers out of thin air.
To quote an old Norwegian proverb "Don't sell the skin before the bear is shot"!
