The Ontario company number was created specifically for this deal. If you look at the LOI in April compared to the current one there are stark differences, mostly in the share offerings AND the amount of funding.
What Magnolia was offering wouldn't get anywhere close to extinguishing their debt. In their most recent 10-Q they acknowledged no deal with Magnolia.
