You all have way too much confidence in a company whose management cannot display the slightest signs of competence. It’s likely this filing will never happen, or be terrible...if it is good or anytime soon, these have to be the laziest mother F’ers ever to live. They would/should be putting out occasional PR or at least attempting to string us along if there is any hope.

Pathetic, inept management at a minimum...criminal is more likely or they would provide updates. They are afraid of the ramifications of misleading us.

Probably one of the more honest post on this thread... Management has been a poop show. Their attempt with PR pertaining to Planet 13 was a joke.. Anyhow, I am curious on what the financials will show...

If you think you were deceived by company and criminal make a civil or small claim
depends on your invested amount
if your invested money is more than 10 thousands you have to file civil claim if less small claim I believe you have invested more than 10 thousands
if you can speak and write English anyone can file claim with couple of hundred dollars I personally filed
4 civil and small claims on OTC company
and got Judgement on two
your complaints should go to court not here your complaining is not doing anything
we investors have right to see the annual report legally and they have violated that so far anything they announced via online or PR. Such as increase of sales can't be proven as true unless it is on the report it could be fraudulent if your invesment on this company was based on news released from company I think we have the case
I thought of sending demand letter first to see their reaction prior to claim but decided to wait and see because I am still on postive side of company but losing faith right now I want to go to company and check few things
some OTC company traded with volumes of multi million dollars daily has fake office and address I have visited to one of major MJ company in 2014 and I was suprised my visit experience post on Ihub was interviewed and released on bloomberg news
and most important on claim is if defendant is collectible
planning to visit company on Friday
