The agreement calls for installments to be made, with the initial 10% payment on January 18, 2019 causing a transfer of 10% of the shares.

Do they ever plan to get current with their filings?
The insiders selling seem to be handling the filings while their puppets Karl and DJ Tom Sawyer are partying it up on their dime.
