The due date for all companies whose 2nd quarter ends on June 30th is August 15th

The rule for quarterly is 45 days after quarter end (10-Q)

Q1 — May 15

Q2 — August 15th

Q3 — November 15th

Q4 has a different rule because that shows up in the annual report (10-K), so Q4 results are due by April 1st, which is 90 days after the end of the 4th quarter
