Ref my previous post. IMO the DOJ/ERHC goat rope will go on forever; many, many fortnights (to use a time reference familiar to most of us) for sure. Mea Coupla is not in the bureaucrats' vocabulary. Fade to black (or white) is the usual conclusion of such investigations. Empathsis on "fade"....slowly. Particularly if there are unusual circumstances surrounding the initiation of the case, such as you have implied.
