These guys like Haywood keep a lot of dry powder around to be able to keep buying and driving up the shareprice through the various resistance levels and thereby keep any shorts from getting the upper hand, instead squeezing the shorts. That's how some of these "runner" stocks just keep going up and up, with only the briefest consolidations.
