Harassing the accountants is as lame as it gets, they don’t stand to gain anything from taking longer than they need to. I agree that being a nuisance would only make them want to move slower if anything. It’s a shame that they’ve been put into the middle of the crossfire and I hope that management is getting them all the information they request in a timely manner. They probably want this done as bad as we do so they don’t have to worry about a bunch of mouth breathers standing over them and calling every hour lol

I agree with you - harassing, emailing, calling the accountants is not going to do anything. However, in their PR they should have released the amount of dilution they plan to execute. Many many many companies do what is called an offering / dilution. They typically announce the dollar amount or the number of shares. They also include where the funds are being used in the company. AND THEY STICK TO IT.

The problem is not so much the dilution and the 10K filings, but the way the company handled it. It all became a pack of lies. So when they PR something - it just seems like more hot air or "shortlies / soons", in my case, I still believe we will see a much lower ACTUAL revenues. That is my opinion and it may not be a widely believed opinion. I do not think they will PR or announce the amount shares or dollar value they expect to dilute, specifically because they need to dilute a lot more than people realize and they will not share with us where they are spending the funds. Dilution keeps happening to the tune of 750K-800K shares almost every day since they PR'd the "expected" numbers. That was July 12 and a couple of days between July 1 - July 12 we were hovering upwards of 1M volume with very very little movement in stock price. Some will call that the MM's manipulation - I call it DILUTION! Oh guess what, I called dilution back in May based upon the exact same events I saw happening... trust me when I say these days are full of dilution.

Again, I really hope this turns around for us. However, my fear is that no matter the amount of revenues that the company earns / releases, this will not jump. The company will roll out their 20B shares and dilute more and more, pushing the price down. It is easy money for them!

This is just my opinion.
