Constantly amazes me how people get hung up in the share count when the market cap is all that matters. LAHO trading at 3,682,005,327 x 0.0013 = still under $5M market cap. I could care less about R/S just close the deal (which is looks like they will).
Why does what they did in the past matter when they are currently in the process of merging with a company with 100 million annual revenues? It just means shares are cheaper now than they will be after the merger.
