Sorry Gold, I don’t want to speak out the wrong end here, I’m out on the road, and I can’t reference my notes. I do not however remember an r/s being of a concern in the big scheme of things here.

I would suggest reading the filings. The note conversion is projected to happen post “RS”...not post uplist.

But even then they have the ability to convert even without an RS if FINRA does not approve it.
