I hope your right! This court has been so sluggish and hasn't really done much but delay. Not to mention the crazy things that have happened -Ceplene sale or lack there of, discovery , high bid so low ,crazy trustees , not much talk of other drugs, and no plan yet ECT.

Unfortunately Bert for BP is only in clinical 2a stage. They need many more approvals before drug can go to market. Long ways to go.
