the ISHM Transfer Agent is part of the stock verification program so the update has nothing to do with ISHM being active

re: the old ISHM domain

Wayback machine records show that the ISHM domain expired in 2011 and was up for sale for 6 years. Godaddy Whois records show that the domain was acquired in 2017 by somebody else (not ISHM) and the new owners of the domain never published any kind of website after acquiring it.

So all signs point to ISHM still being a dead abandoned zombie ticker.
