You aren’t understanding what I’m saying. Every time they sell shares at a lower price that adjusts those warrants and preferred to that price, which is why I said this is 2015 all over again. There was no need for them to sell all the shares at once and it’s also why this random ATM was so suspect because it essentially triggered a ratchet clause on those. ATM offerings do not close all at once.
