I'm curious if you think any of this (edit: "legally") matters for an OTC company? Is it possible that IPIX is able to work many advantageous avenues cloaked in a silver-lined cloud, avenues that NASDAQ companies simply cannot work?
That lack of clarity is aggrivating to the shorts, I don't mind it, seems it doesn't hinder IPIX one tiny bit.
