Kim will redeploy the capital elsewhere and it is a non diluted solution for existing Shareholders. Other companies would just keep issuing stock like candy to keep raising funds ie. $MMEN. Kim is so much smarter than that, just reaffirms that my money is parked in the right place.

I agree it takes away a debt and allows for mo money to be used for other productive purposes.
