Yes, thats EXACTLY how the $2M Noteholders shares were exempted from registration - Rule 144!!

The problem is shareholders and apparently the CEO too dont know what theyre talking about

Like the GNBT team member on the CC said... SHARES WERE ISSUED WITH A MECHANISM for FREE TRADING!!!

Good Point I have yet to see even a Form 4 or anything regarding this kind of activity that needs to be filed with the SEC.
