The Greenshift CEO's claim that sending 10-Ks and 10-Qs to the SEC would cause massive dilution is FALSE !!

If the company's financial health is good, any bond conversion would be counterbalanced by large-scale buying of the stock by members of the public who had just become bullish because they read the bullish facts and figures in those reports.
