If the date you provided is accurate, September 4, 2008... you just DISPROVED GOV duress on FMCC's Board to consent to conservatorship. According to all published accounts, including Hank Paulson's book: "On the Brink" the earliest inkling of conservatorship came days later than when the by-law change was approved by the Board.

You just proved that the Board acted indeoendently from the conservatorship bombshell.
