I meant to say W2s...of course if no taxes were withheld then they would receive 1099s, were they classified as 1099s? or mistakenly classified as 1099s ? as I am sure there are some in the Medical field that would be 1099s.
So when Rennova took over did the employee fill out paperwork? Was one of the questions are you commission based or hourly employee? Did they fill out their W9s properly?
