Sounds like a prediction to me. People have every right to State their opinion in this board and that includes their opinion on future price per share. Everyone knows no one can tell the future with exact certainty but I don't see how General forecast causes harm especially based on the looming news. As I said before someone who makes an exact prediction on an exact date does not speak for everyone here. Thank you for stating the obvious that betting it all on a prediction isn't wise.
