I just can't believe he can find people to con into buying these shares even at a discount to finance this sham. The reverse split is a real possibility. Can he raise the Authorized Shares at such a low price? No one knows the actual Outstanding Shares currently probably close to using up all the Authorized? This stock can't just keep hanging around at 2's and 1's forever.
