So far I have just basically had the Goslings Black Rum and Ginger Beer.

I have an unopened bottle of the Jefferson's very small batch bourbon whiskey, that has been sitting in my liquor cabinet for a month or two. I have not yet ever had this before, so this will be my first taste. Perhaps this weekend I'll try it. What's the best way to enjoy this? Straight on the rocks?

I also have an unopened bottle of Knappogue Castle 12 year. Again, I've never had it before. Any recommendations to enjoy it?

Usually I'm a mixed drink kinda guy.

I am having trouble locating a lot of the other products. I must have checked 15 liquor stores around my house. It might be time to get serious and make some phone calls and/or emails and see who carries them.

I like vodka, so I'd really like to try the Boru. I did check the website, but wasn't much help as the liquor store that was supposed to have it, didn't. I asked the owner, he said it wasn't in his system.

Same with the Brady's Irish cream. I really like Irish Cream in general and mixed with milk around Thanksgiving/Christmas is delish.
