Golden opportunity missed! So many great questions!
There are two people that have the answers to these questions and they were in an open forum just two days ago.

Kim and Jon took any and all questions. Anyone with these worries should have traveled and directly asked Kim and Jon these very same questions.

Seems like a missed opportunity to get answers directly.

I guess there is always next year.
