I would rather them not leave that out, that would be deceptive. They asked the local government for a dispensary permit for the location and were denied, the purchase of the property was obviously not hinging on that ability to co-locate the dispensary as they are still using the space for multiple portions of the business to include HPIL HQ. Remember HPIL is a holding company with many different things going on not just the dispensary. I am very glad they didn't omit anything that then would come back to bite them/us in the long run so I say Bravo for being honest and transparent! The other plays I am in that are not currently fluffing and are being transparent do very well in the long run so this is just one more reason I am long here. Go HPIL! Looking forward to the next PR and getting current!

I'm not sure if it was lack of DD on their part, looks like this was out of their control.... check this out:

I've been a long time holder since I think now back in August of '18...I'd have to check it's been so long, but I have a double digit 7 figure bag so obviously I'm waiting for something to happen here.

That being said though; everything here is about as shady as it can be and unfortunately I've lost all faith, but I'm not yet going to dump my bag for a loss. But to be honest...this Nitin guy has already been investigated and I think even indicted. Add that to Nuunlimited w/only 138 followers there updates have zero traction and hpilhold w/only 297...then this guy goes and purchases a badass lakefront property to "use" for "business" operations...yeahhh right. That article says their rod bits will be operating out of there...so now this lakefront property is going to be a machine shop to manufacture these bits...SMH. Don't even get me started on wth Nuunlimited business model is because at this point it seems they have a dozen different ventures going on and not one have we seen any financials.

I'm hoping for a "legit" turnaround here, but for the last 9 months all I see is smoke and mirrors to unload shares, a purchased property for personal leisure and my apologies but ridiculous prediction's week after week...hopefully something REAL will be released soon and establish a little bit of traction. #fingerscrossed
