Sure, it has zero significance for the empty, debt ridden shell that folks here own stock in. No connection whatsoever with this company, LCY Biosciences & Nutrition, KKR, et al. Must be getting harder to unload stock since we're now looking up the connections that Visolis, KKR, and LCY have and making up a new fairy tale to imply there's a connection with BioAmber.

Here's a clue: There are no side deals, no secret deals, that are made while a company is in bankruptcy. The judge approves everything. Period. This judge closed the proceedings, it's over.
