Yeah, it’s difficult to watch. But, even if does bleed more, when they close some of these acquisitions the stock price will come roaring back. Remember some of these acquisitions require no cash, so they will close if no one backs out. Which I don’t think will happen because they see the future value of the stock. Also, K&J Funding, can sell their stock at anytime. So let’s say SGMD sells K&J a certain amount of shares enough to close out Bizright. K&J can just sit back and just wait until the acquisitions close and the stock price goes back up and then sell and make their money. So SGMD does not have depend on the current stock price to raise the capital. If K&J accepts the shares that SGMD sells then they can raise the money to close out the acquisitions. We are getting closer.
