Watch the recent senate MJ banking hearing recorded live, skip forward in the stream to 1:20 and listen to about 4 minutes of segment. Actually it's all quite interesting from 1:20 to 1:50. The issue we have is that even though hemp has been taken off Schedule with the Farm Bill, the Fed conveniently never gave clarification and guidance to banks as to its legal status distinction from MJ (THC) cannabis.

Hence the banks, CC providers etc still cannot legally do business with hemp related companies and companies that service the hemp industry, unless, the Fed gives that clarification guidance in writing -or- the SAFE Act is passed.

Let your state senator know that you want them to vote for passing the SAFE act.
