Lets pump the brakes on $1 share price. That would mean a $575M m/c.

However—I think we’ll see net income @ $5,000,000 this year. If we apply a P/E ratio of 10 that would put the per share price at .087.

575,500,000/ 10 = 57,500,000.

1/57.5= .0174. .0174* 5= .087/Share.


I’ll be the first to admit that this has tested my Patience levels as this has been a much slower go than I had anticipated.


I think there is plenty of upside here but it may take some time for the market to catch on.

Hopefully Doug converts a few more of his 200 million restricted shares into preferred’s.
