RCPIQ (171M shares OS and float) is up 40% so far! Oversold --- from 0.0024 to 0.0005! Easy Triple from here (0.0007)...

Anyway RGDXQ (27M shares float and 38M shares OS) is much much cheap than RCPIQ in terms of SS, MV, and Status (RGDXQ: Clean Shell CH11 case v.s. RCPIQ: CH7 still in the court process)!
