I Feel your Pain Jadedsome , I too lost a ton here, and will NOT just go away or accept my loss until I see some type of Justice here.
Think??, If I stole just $10.00 from a Wawa or a 7/11 store, they would put me in Jail in a second, But here we see well over $100 Million dollars in shareholder Equity gone up in smoke in less then 3-years time, PLUS all the MTVX own at one time Smart Carb Patents worth Millions by itself, and then given to the CEO's buddies for them to reap the Millions a year in revenues with, and we shareholders receive ( 0 ) NOTHING!!. WHATTTTTTTT ???

and No one has gone to Jail over this or even made to pay back all the money we shareholders invested our hard earn money here in. No WAY!!
I for one will NEVER Accept this, and will only hope the SEC, FBI read these posts and start to do the Job we tax payers pay them to do, there Jobs. IMO
