For sure. There was something that just seemed a little "off" today. He seemed to be confused.. it took him a long time to figure out who was talking to him, aides sometimes pointing them out. I have never seen any other congressional hearing where subjects have that problem repeatedly. I almost felt sorry for him sometimes when he kind of stammered and "you knowed" through anything more complex than a "yup" or "nope" which seemed to be the order of the day.
When you do participatory group construction of a document, you get pretty familiar with each inclusion, as nothing goes unchallenged or undiscussed. So some of the behaviors today were kind of opaque to me.
