The investor in the scrapping business is Kim's childhood friend Mike Choi - his family is worth billions.

He is a investor in NGCG - it is a unusual deal, he invested from the beginning but didn't receive any Preferred or Common shares.

Don't be surprised if his name pops up again - although he is very private person.
