In one respect you might be right

The company will have to restructure Capitalization.

And as long as EVERYONE gets equally crushed it might give this mess a chance.

However as we saw with the 2015 Reverse, all people were not treated equally; there is a black abyss of stock issuance potential in Preferred Stock and convertible loans, and of course Bruce can issue stock after a Reverse in the same irresponsible way he has done since 2012.

And then we don't know if the Rumor is true or if it is whether it would be approved.

One thing is sure, at some future point and time it will have to be addressed.
