Although i dont have a crystal ball to give you an EXACT date, specific time when major news will be announced, I do strongly believe that news WILL COME sooner than later BUT perhaps not in your time frame.

My honest advice is, if you dont have the patience to wait then just sell your shares as there's *1* (key word) buyer bidding for over 4 MILLION shares at .004

In regards to snow happening in Florida, you are aware about the effects of climate change right?? So, dont bet against snow coming to FLA...
