Those are supplementary disclosures (Not vetted for accuracy) that SPRV submitted almost 6 months ago - Nothing new.

I might also add their name change to SPRV Holdings. Inc. is for the state of Delaware only. Until FINRA processes a name change for them, they will continue to be known and traded as Supurva Healthcare Group, Inc., symbol SPRV.

YEP! CEO Lil Rod has been working 24/7 for over a year to get the laughable RED STOP SIGN and the "DARK-DEFUNCT" label removed from OTC Markets! LOL! The buffoon CEO promised to post the missing SPRV financial reports by October 23, 2018, but he blew it! The promised financial postings are now 9 months late! Being kind, Lil Rod is a JOKE!

Check it out! The OTC Markets' SPRV SHARE STRUCTURE data has not been updated for more than 3 YEARS!

The SS is completely bogus! It would take Lil Rod 10 minutes to correct the FRAUDULENT SHARE STRUCTURE, but the idiot has been screwing around for a year, choosing to continue conveying the Outstanding Share LIE! The SPRV OTC Markets' page understates the Outstanding Shares by more than 60%!

CEO Roderick Santulan, aka Lil Rod, has been hanging around for a year and has not done jack in terms of "putting things in perspective"!

Assuming a company were to be a viable investment candidate, there would be a multiplicity of easily proven FACTS that would support the magnitude of a positive investment decision.

Over the past year, i.e. SINCE SPRV ANNOUNCED BUYING PRIVATE COMPANY WEB TO DOOR, I have done a great deal of deep DD, and have not yet been able to assemble even a short list of ANY significant PROVEN FACTS that might provide a justification for investing in SPRV! All of the Company's tweets and PR's have pretty much been garbage-filled meaningless gibberish! How about helping out? Please provide a short list of maybe ten points, citing actual FACT-BASED PROOF, which could warrant spending even one nickel on Lil Rod's bogus adventure? Thanks in advance!
