First off if de-criminalized, it would open up banking which would allow for huge expansion with banks allowing both lending and credit to anyone! Then big money will roll in by the truck loads to feed all the businesses needs from transportation to research to retail! It should be an incredible boom to business. Could go global if enough people get involved.
