Sounds like ZMRK/AeroPonLeaf wanted to shut up the people saying the deal was off... They update their (AeroPonLeaf's) website to highlight the ZMRK deal, and Robert Xu is listed as a director on it.

Pretty CLEEEEAAAAAAAAAARRR the deal with "AERO" is still on.
