Considering that the NYSE requires a share price of $4, it is completely unlikely that VRUS can hit that target without an RS, at least for some amount of time. Uplisting has other requirements besides stock price as well. I would not expect two uplists in one year, as each one costs money. So, I would expect it to stay in the OTC for the foreseeable future.
