From the proxy statement released yesterday:


"to increase the number of authorized shares from 515,000,000 to 1,000,000,000 and increase its authorized common stock from 490,000,000 to 975,000,000 (the “Amendment”)."

I consider that massive dilution and a FU to existing shareholders. What will Matt do with all those new shares?
