MM's testing the waters...the OS/Float have not changed for a long time. The float has got to be close to locked up. It would be really nice to see volumes in the 100k's for a few weeks but I think we are going to need some news to get us there. IT's summer time and summer time investing is bare minimum so I don't expect much till the Fall.
