There is no way hes getting that loan. In big debt, in default of numerous loans and no income stream. How would he pay it back? How would he fund any projects when the loan wont even pay off everything hes in default on? The farm has proven to be a failure. He needs a partner with deep pockets. This horse is dead without it.
