The bottom is that FDA has been issuing warning letters for years now but never did anything more while popularity of the products have been growing rapidly. This is nothing new and it was always opportunity to buy low because market got spooked for a day or two.. I don't think it is fair to punish company for labeling a product as Diatery Supplement because companies have no other choice right now.. because of lack of guidelines. As of health claims.. this has been big NO to do so and most likely FDA will stay very strict on that.. they will let Big Pharma do claims since they pay big bucks for trails and research.. whatever..
