Agreed but timing may be an issue. AVDX shares given over to Iconic in May 2017. Second conversion notice sent in July 2018. How long did Iconic wait before selling the AVDX shares?
I think I have copies of emails from earlier court documents related to this case from Iconic acknowledging that the shares satisfied the loan. If memory serves, Iconic filed this lawsuit last August and it came as a surprise to everyone because they thought that they repaid the loan a year prior. I'll see what i can dig up.
