FDA have been issuing similar letters for years. Even Charlotte got hit a couple of years ago or so and it was because of health claims on their website so website update solve the problem..
Companies have to put something on their label to describe the product and Diatery Supplement is probably the closest it can get so it is solely FDA fault if the label is not correct because they are too slow to put appropriate guidelines out there..

I think "Cancer" is a guaranteed letter. As for the FDA holding up nasdaq listing, based on my conversation with listing qualifications, I think not.
