Uhhh, The CEO, Robert Rico, has been playing the shell game for well over a dozen years. He would have known about any issues with the shell before he reversed merged his latest "company" into it.
By the way, so far every company he's been involved with has failed. Don't get me wrong, he made a ton of money, it's the shareholders who got burned.
