Ok.....you want proof? Here:

1. Overstock (where they got caught with their hands in the cookie jar..lol). Now the shorting crews will tell you that was an 'exception' cause the CEO proved they were shorting him into the ground.

2. There was a stock back in the day.......G something, where a guy bought EVERY SHARE IN THE OS.......and STILL millions of shares kept trading.....

3. I have personally talked to CEO's who said they got phone calls from shorters when they got their panties in the wringer, who THREATENED them to issue them shares so they could cover.......

I'll leave it to you to research it......Fact remains that shorting OTC stocks is BIG BUSINESS....with canadian/off shore brokers, and shorting crews on social media helping out.......
