I imagine they'll eventually get their big merger done and there'll be a lot back slapping all around. The question is whether the joining of these two entities can succeed as instant cannabis experts in an industry that has apparently done quite well so far without them.
H360 is less than 2 years old and neither it nor BLDV appear to have achieved much in the way of business accomplishment. But as I say, anything that results in someone other than Josh Alper running this ticker has to be an improvement. But until this new group can post solid revenues (and get rid of that YIELD warning) I see BLDV remaining stuck in mid-trips.
