I bought 3 of the docs as well yesterday. Which one are you referring to that supports this? From my reading, this is a simple case of Iconic trying to convert shares to recoup what Arrayit believes they paid off in full by turning over the 6.6mm shares of Avant.

Arrayit didn't honor that request because they didn't think it was valid. See screen shot from Renee's deposition. Sorry if the scale of this came across funny.
