I'm thinking it is very good news because there is a proxy vote involved.

Of course the company could be asking for them to get paid more shares in an ESOP, but I can hope for a sale of the company vote, right?


I'm just happy there is early in the year communication.

Whether good or bad, something is coming.

So you all know, I was not notified of this by the company.

a little while ago, I was surfing their website like I regularly do, looking at court cases, or to see if they posted any new news to that link, and for some dumb reason, I went to the Investor Relations section.

What are the odds that I would see something that came out just three days ago? There is not supposed to be anything there until late November, early December.

Crazy.
