Yes, I have, but I abandoned it (although not completely) when I felt that the Admin (Treasury) had the "nuts" to their deal and could have gotten whatever they wanted about two months ago. And then things started to go sideways, leaving me speculating.
Another issue is by going first, Mnuchin et al play the tune, and could soften a leaning but undecided Fifth, i.e. "Well look the White House already has ended the C and the sweep, we don't have to do much more."
Unless there has been some colluding (which wouldn't shock me)--as I noted--the parameters of an unfettered Fifth Circuit decision for the plaintiffs could be quite expansive and expensive.
But they WH always could do an executive blunting of some things it can't live with or seek same in the SCOTUS.
